for working at mc for so long,today is the 1st time i have make a very big mistake!n tat is laugh at the customer!ya i know it is my fault to laugh but i just duno why i cannot control myself!seriously today i dun hav the mood to work after i heard that!i was like i 1 2 say sry on the spot but i jus dun hav the courage to say!10 smt like tat i go hme le. den after a while,cheng jian go to the crew rm le.he asked y am i look so unhappy?but i just ignore him.
