WHAT FOR WHEN YOU NEED US THEN TREAT US BETTER?
When you need us then you talk to us nicely,and hope we can say the word "yes" to you! but! when we need your help to help us to cancel our name etc etc....u will find different kinds of reasons to reject us. I did know that you,managers will have lots of things to do and trouble with...but we crew also have alot of stuff to busy with. We have our own time too...we cant be always sacrifice the time just for you!You will always pester us to go work and we say yes but when we pester u to cancel our name, you will always say no! Thats the logic! u guys always say that we duno manager's problem..but do the manager know our problem as well? haiz...Like now,Whats the use of having a crew request bk when only the 1st two name cn be only accepted!I mean what if we really have smt urgent? haiz....and nw we cn only look for the scheduler,1st asst and rm to cancel? hah! what shit is this? what if we cant contact u? we cant find u? and we really nid to off on that day?! Everytime say msg us nvr reply,but when we msg u,did u guys reply? hah,the ans is a big big NO! I am tired of all these and i wanna find a new job! People always ask me what for staying when the pay is low? while the reason is bcoz of the time flexibility. but nw,the flexibility is no longer thr!The second reason that i stay is bcoz of the ppl! But nw,the ppl that makes me stay is leaving one by one..so what for staying when u are working till so tired and not happy? haiz.... So what for i stay? Yes,i will stay but just wanna let u know, is that i might leave at any time as well.
