MENTALLY SICK
Have difficult breathing recently! and i thought was asthma as i was panting like hell and cant really catch up with my breathe! Today,go visit a doctor! Doctor say i am stress! not the physically stress but the mentally stress! so he gave me a medicine to calm myself down and let me relax my mind!

looks like i should listen to classical music to make me relax my mind! do more exercise!!! But when it come to exercise i always find no one to accompany me!!=( what a sad life right! but i will definitely do that on thurs as tmr and wed i am working! hence i don't think i have the time to exercise!! shall listen to some smoothing music and calm my mind! will do that later on! and of coz watch some drama or comedy to make me stress free!
Lesson learnt : Do what ever you can do to relax your mind! if not,if mentally stress continues might lead to depression!
