Hearing one by one leaving really upsets me because awesome people like them cannot be found at other place. "Does it matter?"

 Yes, it matters. Because we worked together as one team before! Even though it just a short period but the close relationship is there. The feelings is there too. If one of the teammate leaves, the working style will be different. Because each person has its own ability and it makes a lot of difference as well. The reason why people leave and I cried is not because my benefit gone or what so ever. I don't even care about the benefits or I should work more. Because is the times that we used to work together and those chemistry and teamwork could not find it anymore. Once gone, its gone. Nothing can be replace. Thats why people always says, times move on but not the memories. They stays and thats why it touches my hearts that such memories or good things couldnt continue. It just stops there. Thats the thing I hate. 

 Working since 14, yet  I cant accept the fact the awesome people leaving. I just cannot accept the changes.
